Mattress & Box Spring Sales Conditions

• The Hilton mattress & box spring is made exclusively for Hilton Hotels & Resorts and their guests. Beds are made to order and are not returnable.
• The Hilton Bed includes a mattress and box spring only and should fit on a standard frame. Your Hilton bed carries a full ten year warranty for defects in workmanship only. Please call Customer Service for mattress-only inquiries at 877-344-5866.
• The Hilton Bed is only available for delivery within the Continental United States.
• You may expect to receive a call from the delivery company to set up delivery within 6 weeks.
• Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, between 9am and 5pm. When you receive a call from the delivery company to set up delivery, they will advise the day of delivery to your area. You will be provided a 4-5 hour window of availability.
• Prior to signing for the delivery of the bed, it is important that you inspect the mattress and box spring carefully for damage that may have occurred due to shipping. While this does not happen often, if there is any type of damage, it is important that you refuse the bed and contact us immediately. We will do our best to deliver another bed to you as soon as possible.
• If you will not be home and someone else will be receiving the bed, please leave the inspection instructions with the person who will be signing for the bed.
• We recommend that you do not remove the old bed until you have received your new bed in the event of any delays with your delivery.
• Once we complete the order, your credit card will be processed and once approved, your bed will be put into a production schedule.
• If you require a bed frame, one may be purchased for an additional $125.00. Please inspect the frame upon receipt if it arrives prior to the delivery of the bed. In select delivery areas, the bed frame may not arrive until the bed is delivered.

  Please note: In delivery areas where the bed frame arrives before the bed, it is your responsibility to assemble the bed frame prior to the scheduled delivery of your mattress. The delivery company is not responsible for this assembly.

• After completing your order online you may be contacted within 24-48 business hours (Mon-Fri) regarding your purchase.
• Please check your email order confirmation carefully to make certain that your order is correct. If there are any errors, please contact Customer Service immediately.
• Please note that if you cancel your bed order, you will be subject to a 20% processing fee.
• We cannot commit to a delivery company taking away your old mattress (disposal of the old bed is the responsibility of the homeowner). Those arrangements can sometimes be made with the delivery company when they call to schedule the delivery. Bed removal fee is paid directly to the delivery agent.
