Cookie settings

To shop Hilton® To Home you must enable cookies.
Please follow the instructions below for the browser version you are using.

Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0+/7.0+

  • Step 1:

    Select "Internet Options" from the Tools menu.

  • Step 2:

    Click on the "Privacy" tab.

  • Step 3:

    Click the "Default" button (or manually slide the bar down to "Medium") under "Settings".

  • Step 4:

    Click "OK".


FireFox 2.0+

  • Step 1:

    Go to the "Tools" menu.

  • Step 2:

    Select "Options".

  • Step 3:

    Select the "Privacy" tab.

  • Step 4:

    Check the box corresponding to "Accept cookies from sites".

  • Step 5:

    Click "OK" to save changes.


Safari

  • Step 1:

    From the Safari menu, click "Preferences".

  • Step 2:

    From the "Security" dialog box, be sure that "Always" is selected for Accept Cookies.

  • Step 3:

    Click "Close".

Javascript settings

To shop Hilton® To Home, you must enable JavaScript in your browser. Please follow the instructions below based on your browser type and version.

Internet Explorer 6.0
and higher for Windows

  • Step 1:

    Click the Tools menu. (For Internet Explorer 7.0, click on the Tools button).

  • Step 2:

    Click Internet Options to open the Internet Options dialog box.

  • Step 3:

    Click the Security tab.

  • Step 4:

    Click the Internet symbol (a globe).

  • Step 5:

    Click the Custom Level button to open the Security Settings dialog box.

  • Step 6:

    In the Settings list, scroll down to Scripting.

  • Step 7:

    Under Active Scripting, click Enable so that a dot appears next to it.

  • Step 8:

    (If you are unsure about the other Security Settings, please check with your Network Administrator).

  • Step 9:

    Click OK to close the Security Settings dialog box.

  • Step 10:

    Click Yes in the Warning! Message box.

  • Step 11:

    Click OK to close the Internet Options dialog box.


Netscape 7
and higher for Windows

  • Step 1:

    Click Edit; then click Preferences.

  • Step 2:

    Click on Advanced left arrow to expand menu.

  • Step 3:

    Click on Scripts & Plugins.

  • Step 4:

    Under Enable JavaScript for, check Enable Navigator.

  • Step 5:

    Click the OK button.


Firefox 1.5
and higher for Windows

  • Step 1:

    On the Tools menu, click Options.

  • Step 2:

    Click on the Content icon.

  • Step 3:

    Check the box next to Enable JavaScript.

  • Step 4:

    Click OK.

  • Step 1:

    Click Safari; then click Preferences.

  • Step 2:

    Click the Security icon.

  • Step 3:

    Under Web Content, check Enable JavaScript.

  • Step 4:

    Close the window.

    Click on Firefox.

Order Processing/Checkout

When using a credit card for payment on Hilton to Home you have to be sure that you have your name as it appears on the card, your Billing Street Address, Zip, Country, and the Card Security Code are all entered correctly.
